CP is requested to re-band the TRC as required.
If CP does not reappoint within 2 working days a
reminder KCI is sent. If there was no response
for 3 working days then the fault is
auto-closed. When re-banding the TRC CP must
also book a new Appt slot

  • Invalidate any open tasks for the Fault
  • Remove TCD from the line if applied
  • If this fault is associated with other faults
    then remove this fault from the association
