Updated Tables in the Datamart

• Tdate
• Changed Federal field to Federal Year
• You will need to Sync with Database
• This will also work for the Program Code Table
• Appropriation Financial
• Added new Balance Type Codes (BTs)
• Please see your reference list for new BTs
• Payment Control Archive
• April 20th SFMS purged data and moved it to the
  Payment Control Archive Table
• Please see your reference list for archiving
  criteria

• Add Effective Beginning Date Field

  user-friendly electronic version

• ORBITS is now evaluating this table in the
  Datamart Test Region.
• On schedule for release in July 2007.

Repository Vision

• Initial source of report documentation. A place
  in which a user may access and process
  standardized reports. Also, a place where a user
  can capture, modify, and process reports dealing
  with a variety of topics.
