- Requirements collection
- guidelines development
- experimentation of guidelines
- experimentation of services for e-Model
enhancement (e.g. access to laws) - Specifications for e-Model enhancement
9Involved Countries
- Focus on the socio-economical impact of ICT on
relationships among citizens, institutions and
organizations within and between MCs. - Mediterranean Countries with their own cultural,
social, and historical peculiarities. - Morocco

business actors and the public body. - This involves different and complementary
perspectives on the subject to address peculiar
heterogenous factors - sociological approach
- organizational approach
- economical approach
- juridical approach
- technological approach
11eG4M outcomes
- The enriched guidelines are aimed at
- meeting the specific requirements of the country
according to the ereadiness assessment diagnosis
- contributing to the easy identification of
actions and projects to enclose in the
e-government plan - supporting the policy makers to steer the complex
of e-government phenomenon. - These guidelines will be validated through
- the deployment of an e-model architecture
specific for MCs. - awareness and training on access to public
legislative data services.
12Benefits for MCs
- A final objective of the project will provide
concrete benefits for MCs, resulting in - a set of tailored guidelines and best-practices
to steer their own strategic and operational eGov
plans. - awareness and training on access to national
legislation services.
13Critical success factors and risks
- the success of the project stands on the
capability to broadly expand the institutional
relationships with MCs. - The enlargement of relationship network at
institutional level is seen as an essential
element to generate a wide awareness and trust
about the effectiveness of the project results.
