NATIONAL INSTRUMENT 43-101
  • SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED BY SRK ON MARCH
    18, 2008
  • SRK Corporate Profile
  •
  • SRK Consulting is an independent, international
consulting practice. SRK provides focused advice
and solutions to clients, mainly from earth and
water resource industries. For mining projects,
SRK offers services from exploration through
feasibility, mine planning, and production to
    mine closure.
  • Formed in 1974, SRK now employs more than 700
    professionals internationally in 33 permanent
    offices on 6 continents.
  •  The Group's independence is ensured by the fact
that it is strictly a consultancy organization,
holding no equity in any project, and with
ownership primarily by staff. This permits our
consultants to provide clients with conflict-free
and objective support on crucial issues. This is
particularly important for due diligence and
feasibility studies, which form a large part of
    SRK's business.
  •
  • SRK Consulting employs leading specialists in
each field of science and engineering. Its
seamless integration of services, and global
base, has made the company a leading
    international practice in due diligence,
    feasibility studies and confidential internal
    reviews

GEOLOGY
  • PROPERTY ENCOMPASSES 10-12 MAIN NORTHEAST
TRENDING STRUCTURES OF MANGANESE OXIDES CARRYING
STRONG SILVER MINERALIZATION WITH GOLD, LEAD,
ZINC, COPPER AND ANTIMONY CREDITS. IN ADDITION,
SILVER MINERALIZATION TAKES PLACE IN CERTAIN
AREAS AS LENSOID BODIES OF HIGH GRADE ORE
    SUITABLE FOR BULK MINING
  • HISTORICAL MINES SUCH AS STATE OF MAINE, BONANZA,
MERRIMAC, SANTA ANA, ETC. HAVE PRODUCED OVER 6.0
    M BY LATE 1930s
  • THE PRODUCTION OF THESE MINES WERE MINOR DUE TO
FACT THAT MOST OF THEM BECAME FLOODED AT 250 AND
SILVER MARKET PRICE DROPPED DRASTICALLY IN THE
1890s. OPERATIONS WERE SHUT DOWN, AND
SPORADICALLY WORKED TILL AROUND 1930s, THEN THE
MINES REMAIN ESSENTIALLY IDLE SINCE THEN
  • THE WEST DISTRICT HAS A POTENTIAL OF OVER 50 M
OUNCES OF SILVER (1.0 M GOLD EQUIVALENT),
JUDGING FROM THE HISTORICAL PRODUCTION AND
EXTENSION OF THE STRUCTURES WHICH MOST OF THEM
ARE OVER 1 KILOMETER LONG (STRIKE LENGTH).
  • ALL OF THEM EXHIBIT OPEN ENDS, N/S, AND DOWN DIP,
    BELOW THE WATER TABLE

Mine Rehabilitation
  • There are approximately 50 to 75 shafts or old
    workings on tecs properties.
  • So far, about 35 of them have been located and
    recorded with gps.
  • About 20 of them have some historical data.
  • T.E.C. has explored, mapped and sampled 8 of
    them.
  • Rehabilitation to make these old workings safe
for exploration and sampling is an ongoing
    project.
