  • The System Administrator is assisted by the Data

  • Responsible for NTCSS Master Server and all C2

  • Responsible for managing installation of all
    Executable
  • software received from the CDA.
  • Responsible for managing all NT 4.0 Servers and

  • Responsible for preparation and installation of
    all
  • workstations clients with all necessary
    programs,
  • i.e. WinNT 4.0, Exceed, NTCSSII, and preferred
    products
  • list programs such as MS Office, MTF Editor
    and other
  • required software to support local
    requirements.

  • The Data Base Application Administrators

    4.0

    Connectivity.
  • WinNT 4.0 Preferred Products List, Printer
    requirements
  • in WinNT 4.0 and NTCSS-II, TCP/IP, FTP,
    Sybase
  • (limited to connectivity requirement of the

  • to perform various system tasks. These tasks

  • authorities to specific windows in the
    system. Task authority
  • can also be limited to specific work centers
    and prime PCs.
  • Authorizations can also be revoked globally
    then reinstated
  • when necessary.

    codes, and
  • work unit codes can be set up in the system
    as they are added
  • to your activity. System tables list codes
    that the system uses
  • to validate data entered in various tasks.

  • messages that may appear when using the
    system. Set ups for
  • system batch processes appear in
    administration where
  • additional batch processes can be added.

  • Internal interface records transmit to the host
    supply system
  • during various supply processes. The host
    supply system
  • responds with an acceptance of the record.
    The host supply
  • system also transmits unsolicited interface
    records to update the

    also be transmitted
  • outside your activity to DAAS, AUTODIN, and
    SALTS. Monitor
  • incoming and outgoing records to determine
    acceptance of the
  • record and to resolve any issues with
    unprocessed records.

  • The Database Alignment Utility enables you to
    perform many
  • DBAG processes. You can view database errors

  • requests can be deleted or the printer can be
    deactivated.
