CHANGING NAMES/NOUNS TO PRONOUNS IN FRENCH

• When you have names or nouns as the subject of a
  sentence you want to change it to a pronoun,
  you must look at the names, see if theyre
  masculine/feminine or plural and then choose the
  correct pronoun!

FOR EXAMPLE

• MARC aime la pizza. Mark is one guy, so you
  choose HE or IL. Il aime la pizza.
• MARC PAUL aiment la pizza. 2 guys, choose THEY
  or ILS. Ils aiment la pizza.
• MARC, PAUL MARIE. 2 guys/1 girl-still choose
  THEY ILS.
• MARIE SOPHIE. 2 girls-Choose ELLES
