JDTC Way Ahead with COCOMs
  • A JDTC Team will visit COCOMs and USJFCOM
Components to review their Joint Table of
Distribution (JTD), Joint Table of Mobility
Distribution (JTMD), and their Joint Task Force
    Joint Manning Documents (JTF-JMD).
  • Understand how billets are shown by service,
designator and skill set identifier. Assist with
    determination of their roles, education,
training, and experience to fill positions.
  • Review the Sourcing process to obtain fills (JTD,
    JTMD, and JTF-JMD).
  • Review all Personnel Policy documents for
    modifications.
  • Determine if creation of a Joint Designator is
    required.
  • Provide recommended changes to JS J1 and JS J3 on
requesting the right service skill set for
    filling critical JOPES billets.
  • Use findings to assist in the tracking of GCCS-J
    trained personnel.
