alone with Him. Walk ahead, because if you look
back you will go back. 1928. Mr Teresas words

With his dying breath Why does Jesus say I
thirst? What does it mean? Something so hard to
explain in words- I thirst is something much
deeper than just Jesus saying I love you. Until
you know deep inside that Jesus thirsts for you
you cant begin to know who He wants to be for
you. Or who He wants you to be for Him.

I am so afraid Jesus I am so terribly afraid
let me not be deceived I am so afraid. This
fear shows me how much I love myself. I am
afraid of the suffering that will come - through
leading that Indian life - clothing like them,
eating like them, sleeping like them living
with them and never having anything my way. How
much comfort has taken possession of my heart.

saying I cant bear it any longer with the same

filled with desolation, as if the presence of God
was missing.

My going to U.S. was the hardest act of
obedience I had ever had to give to God. Imagine
me, this poor little Missionary, without anything
natural to attract, in U.S. in front of those
thousands of great people. I would die of fear
shyness. What an experience - Thank God it
is over- and that every bit was only for Him
