Group Exercise

• You have to ship an order for 200 PalmPointers in
  12 hours. A PalmPointer (2 h) is made of a LCD
  screen (1 h), 4 buttons (2 h), 1 toggle button (3
  h), and a motherboard (6 h). The motherboard is
  made of 3 processors (2 h), 2 clock batteries (1
  h), and a circuit board (3 h).
• You already have 1000 buttons and 50 motherboards
  on hand. You are expecting (by the note that the
  last shift left for you) 50 LCD screens in 10
  hours and 50 motherboards in 4 hours. The
  PalmPointer, LCD screen, and motherboard have
  lot-for-lot sizing. The buttons, toggle button,
  processors, and circuit boards are all ordered in
  lots of 10. Clock batteries come in lots of 50.
• Create an MRP schedule to determine when to begin
  assembling how much of each component.
