GRIEVING THE HOLY SPIRIT

• Ephesians 430

And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom
you were sealed for the day of redemption
(Ephesians 430).

SIN PRODUCES GRIEF

• sin produces grief in our relationships with
  others
• feelings are hurt and sadness, emotional pain,
  and anger result

grieving the Holy Spirit And do not grieve the
Holy Spirit of God the second half about the
sealing ministry of the Spirit by whom you were

GRIEF IS AN EMOTION

divine person who has feelings and can be hurt
emotionally

from being stolen so that His followers could say
