Benefits

• Something to base your thinking for an
  inexperienced testing team
• Well written example uses of the templates

Downsides

• Not so easy to digest, required many readthroughs
  to find out for what a particular document is
  really used
• Too many documents, we had to modify and merge
  some of them

Conclusions

• Some difficulties were met adapting the document
  but it turned out to be beneficial
• For example putting the reporting in three
  distinct documents helped to analyze the results
