Psuedostratified Columnar Epithelium

• Single layer, but some cells are shorter than
  others
• Often looks like double cell layer
• Sometimes ciliated (hairlike structures that
  increase suface area) , such as in the
  respiratory tract
• May function in absorption or secretion
