    Medical Education) Residency Programs
  • Accreditation for these programs, the
    institution, and their residents is a major task
    involving a large amount of time usually lots of
    paper
  • System needs improvement

Project Proposal
  • 65 Residency Programs (each has their own
    coordinator)
  • All these programs must meet ACGME (Accreditation
    Council for General Medical Education)
    requirements
  • 780 Residents in these programs
  • The activities between programs must be
    coordinated
  • Each program must meet multiple standards,
    documentation, scheduling, and evaluations in
    order to be Accredited
  • The Institution itself must also be accredited

  • Not really an effective solution for them and not
    a solution to be applied to the whole system
