• Ex. Volvox

• Heterotrophic-they engulf food (endocytosis) with
  pseudopods forming food vacuoles
• Freshwater or marine, moist soil
• Usually harmless
• Reproduce asexually by splitting in half binary
  fission
• Ex. Amoeba and Forminaferan
