The Solutions
  • The state can ask for additional monies to
provide program to its citizens based on the
    projected need of homeless individuals.
  • We need to have more providers in the city
willing to aide homeless victims with clothes,
    food , and shelter.
  • We need to increase education through out the
community to promote the giving spirit and to
stop the stereotypes of homeless clients.

7
Who are our clients vs. the Stereotypes
  • The Stereotypes
  • The over looked population
  • Most of the stereotypes of the homeless
    populations consist of
  • Junkies
  • Bums
  • Lazy people
  • Careless people
  • Uneducated
  • Ex-cons
  • Most people tend to over look the fact that most
end up on the street due to economic jobs loss or
    sickness.
  • Doctors
  • Lawyers
  • Business professionals
  • Educated persons
  • All the above are not immune from becoming
homeless. The problem if not resolved will
result in a drain on our city resources for
medical and can result into criminal activity.
