TOXICOLOGY PROJECT DATABASE DEVELOPMENT FOR
AUTOMATED DATA MINING

• Goal
• Display could use a little more work to increase
  user friendliness
• Dynamic query browser could be further developed
  to provide more information on the data
• We have a function to calculate simple
  correlation on the data
• Want to make it work for all tables
• Need to find method to dynamically change
  condition
• Data Mining- More research needed into this end

• Project Requirements
• Study on various factors that affect male
  fertility
• Data collected in MS SQL then dumped to excel
  sheet
• With many pages of collected data, it was
  difficult to sort through
• Need to organize data so it would be easier to
  examine
• Once a suitable DB was built, start looking into
  options for data mining

  project goals
• We have developed the ability to generate graphs
  and calculate coefficients for sets of data
• We have a working interface that allows users to
  browse raw data and view data for specific
  queries

have implemented some technologies into this for
easy data access and also meaningful data
retrieval.With our dynamic query technology users
can see the relationship between two semen
analyses conducted and a table and field chosen
by the users.
