  • Background and Goal
  • Many state-of-art observational instruments,
    including Hubble Space Telescope, operates in
    undersampled mode to achieve wide field of view
    and high-resolution at an affordable cost.
    Therefore, it is required to devise a method to
    measure the intra-pixel response.
  • The measurement of uniformity of individual
    pixels
  • The measurement of sensitivity and its variation
    between different pixels
  • The measurement of sensitivity variation within
    a single pixel

Summary/Future plan We demonstrated that our
Spot-projector is successfully working (Fig. 2)
. We will measure the point spread function of
Spot-Projector using Knife-edge technique. Then,
we will measure the Intra-Pixel Response of H1RG
CMOS image sensor.
