    request forms
  • A general mission description, need for SLR,
    etc.
  • detailed description of the LRA
  • MWG then comments via email
  • Solicits further comments from the other WGs
    (Analysis, Networks, Formats)
  • this stage to be strengthened
  • Final recommendation to GB
