  • Occurs in all jobs and organizations
  • Is inevitable because of various personality
    types and attitudes, problem-solving skills and
    goals of individual workers
  • Is problem isnt solved, mental and physical
    health problems can occur, productivity and
    morale is low, and the workplace is poisoned

Why does conflict occur?
  • Psychologists believe early interactions from
    childhood and family influence our interactions
    in the workplace
