    alcohol
  • Large underage parties with alcohol and drugs
resulting in law enforcement involvement and
    students losing privileges at school

    personal injuries including a fatality

Community Problem
  • The School is viewed as the binding agent and the
authority to take action within the community
  • The Board of Education was approached by the
mother of a student who fell off of a balcony at
    an underage drinking party.
