• Puropose To implement disaster prevention
  measure.
• Training facilities exist in Tokyo Bay
• This facility is the largest facility for
  training fire fighting in Japan

• Large oil tank fire should be happened in future
  in Japan because we expect large earthquake in
  the near future.
• So we asked oil company to have more fire
  equipments like to large fire-fighting gun
  (monitor)
• Training to use large fire-fighting gun
• is important for oil company
• We hope MDPC is one of the training facilities
  for large fire fighting gun

Conclusion

• Daily Training is very important
• We, governments ask oil and oil chemical
  companies to do training for their people against
  future coming earthquake or other disaster.
• Local governments also have to send their
  fire-fighting people to such training facilities
  because we government do not have such facility.
• Needs for training facilities is increasing in
  Japan
