  • 34.5 per cent of the respondents noted that they
    didnt have any professional qualification
  • According to the data of Lithuanian Labour
    Exchange more than 50 per cent of registered
    unemployed young people didnt have any
    professional qualification

  • one quarter of the respondents noted that their
    professional qualification didnt conform to the
    labour market needs
  • compared to 2001, a share of university graduates
    among unemployed individuals increased from 11.9
    to 16.5 .

    indicated that they didnt know any information
    on vocational training and consulting

  • Improvement of vocational information,

    training
  • Development of young peoples entrepreneurship
  • Researching labour market needs and demand for
    the specialists.
