England Rules!!
  • England was expanding control over the American
    Colonies
  • Many colonists became dissatisfied and rebellious

What were Englands reasons for control?
  • England desired to remain a world power
  • England imposed taxes to raise revenue (money)
  • Stamp Act

  • Colonists must buy stamps for all printed
    material
  • When 1765
  • Why? To pay for the cost of the French and Indian
    War
