Impact To DoIT Infrastructure
- Data Center This is a web-based hosted solution
and will consume bandwidth. - Enterprise (Applications, H/W, S/W) Support for
software will be provided by the vendor.
Hardware is included in the cost to host Kronos.
NMDOH requires DoIT to maintain connectivity to
the internet.

Impact To DoIT Infrastructure
- Telecom (Network Bandwidth) There will be
network bandwidth usage for terminals and desktop
computers to communicate with Kronos and for
Kronos to communicate with SHARE. - This is a hosted solution and vendor estimates
the following will be the demand placed upon the
network during the period of peak activity. All
values are in Kilobits per Second. - Application Server(s) to Database Server2,396
kbps - All Clients (terminals) to Application
Server(s)1,489 kbps - Single Client (terminal) to Application
Server28 kbps - This is based on approximately 2000 employees,
300 managers (editors), 60 clocks and a bi-weekly
pay period.
