Slide Progression
  • Default setting is set to progress on a mouse
    click.
  • Options to change the slide progress are
  • Go to Slide Show in the menu
  • Select Slide Transition
  • Select the slide transition wanted
  • Select speed and sound effects under Modified
    Transition
  • Select option wanted under Advanced Slide
  • On mouse click
  • Automatically (timer)
  • Arrow Keys (if neither option above is selected)

Background Colors
  • Open new slide
  • Select Format
  • Select Background
  • Use drop down menu and select More Colors
  • Select background color wanted and choose Apply
    to All

Linking Graphics to Other Slides
  • Go to Insert off the menu
  • Go to Picture
  • Select desired option (Clip Art)
  • Accepts graphics from other programs, but not
    boardmaker.
  • Insert graphic
  • Use arrows to make adjustments.
  • Repeat steps to add another graphic beside first
    graphic.

Linking Graphics to Other Slides
  • If want to link two slides perform the following
  • Create two new slides.
  • Add graphics to each slide.
  • Right click each picture and select Action
    Setting.
  • Select Mouse Click Tab, and select the button
    next to Hyperlink to. Using drop down menu choose
    which slide to link to.

Picture Backgrounds
  • Go to Format on the menu
  • Select Background
  • Using the drop down menu below Background Fill
    choose Fill Effects.
  • Click on picture tab.
  • Click on Select picture button.
  • Browse hard drive to find photo you want.
  • Once appears in the background fill box click OK.
  • Click Apply to All.
