    others.

6
Instructors can...
  • get access to students submission any time,
anywhere as long as they can get on-line.

files that include their comments without using
    any paper in the future.
  • A digital fieldwork portfolio is a portfolio
    without paper.

7
For the first stage, instructors ..
  • Will do everything the same as usual, except they
    will submit
  • 1. Mid-placement Evaluation Report
  • 2. End-of-placement Fieldwork Evaluation Form
  • to the web site!

8
Instructors cannot get access to ...

    provided by their students.

Basic guidelines for students to submit their

  • 2. Other materials, e.g., weekly log, program

Strategies for instructors

  • Use copy and paste function to submit written
    comments
  • Use a form to grade those 99 assessment items
    first
  • Backup important files

21
Strategies to prevent from being infected
  • For Students
  • When you use the computer in CSC or library,
    reboot it before use
  • Always check virus
  • When you are asked whether to run Macro while
you are working on documents, say NO!

22
For Staff
  • The department will install anti-virus software
that can scan while you are on-line.
  • It is better not to download the files from the
    web site.
