• On Jan 12, 1998, thirteen countries in
  Council of Europe (????) agreed on a treatyban
  on human cloning. The members are Denmark,
  French, Greek, Iceland, Spain, Turkey, and etc
• In addition, the president Bill Clinton of
  the U.S.A urged the Congress to make a law to
  prohibit experiments on human cloning. However,
  an American scientist (Dr. Richard Seed) said
  that even though they have a ban on human cloning
  experiments in America, he will keep on the
  experiments in other countries, which do not
  prohibit the cloning activities.
