What is needed?
  • All the subspecialty organizations should come
    with a logbook and training program
  • The UEMS-ENT and the representives of all these
    subspecialty organizations should give a final
    shape to the residents logbook

European Board Examination in ORL, Head and Neck
Surgery
  • EAFPS is actively involved in both oral and
    written exams
  • EAFPS has provided both oral guided questions and
    MCQs
  • No feedback on the quality of the questions
  • No chance to comment on the questions of
    undisclosed origin that were included in the
    written part of the exam
  • The representative of EAFPS (Koen Ingels) should
    be allowed to screen the FPRAS MCQs included in
    the Exam
