  teachers in developing and implementing an action
  plan for annual goal.
• Statistics taught as a tool, not a theory
• Data Driven Decision Making (formerly Ed
  Statistics) focuses on instructional leadership
  through the use of descriptive stats, ANOVA, and
  regression
• Advanced Statistics focuses on cutting edge
  organizational theory such as using SEM
  techniques to model academic optimism
