1. Preview Pane
Notice the Scroll Bar does not require any
movement
AIMS fax allows a different kind of preview Pane
where user can preview without the need to open
the fax, without scrolling through the Scroll
Bars, all is done within the movement of the
mouse.

2. Serial Number Control
AIMS Fax can control the serial number of Faxes
IN/OUT, helping users to trace past faxes easily,
easy filing sequence etc

3. Acknowledgement Receipt Control
Select your choice of acknowledgement, Public
Folders, Personal Folders, any folders, group or
individual

4. Support Multi Print-to-Fax
Click, Select next Doc, Print
E.g.. Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
By Clicking on the NextDoc I can proceed to
attach other files that I want to fax out
together, Some of the Universal format supported
includes WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, DCX, TIF, JPEG
etc.

  restriction. Public or Private Domain can be used.

  thus any back-end Server upgrade, changes,
  require no changes to the AIMS System
