Solution

• Understanding of the rights and obligations are
  very important and fundamental , if we
  examine more deeply about the consequences of
  marriage, because in marriage, will give birth to
  the rights and obligations, among
  others, on child rights and obligations of
  the property. Even then the possibility
  of division of property when the marriage broke
  up either because of divorce or the death.
