• 1.Hemagglutination test
• hemagglutinin HA the glycoprotein spike encoded
  by the viral genes .Adsorption and enter into the
  host cells with the virus. HA can bind with
  N-acetyl neuraminic acid enzyme receptor from
  erythrocyte of human or other animals and cause
  hemagglutination.

• Principles of Hemagglutination inhibition test
• hemagglutinin Phenomenon caused by virus can be
  inhibited by corresponding anticoagulant
  antibody,this is called hemagglutination
  inhibition. hemagglutinin specific antibodies
  interact with corresponding HA of virus surface
  ,so the phenomenon that inhibit virus
  hemagglutinin is called hemagglutinin inhibition
  test.
