we may enroll your child.

  • Child's current shot record
  • Proof of Residence
  • Lease
  • Closing Statement
  • Utility bill

Whats next?
  • Student Council 5th graders will be giving tours
    of the building.
  • PTA will help you with school supplies, spirit
    wear, and PTA membership.
  • We will make copies of your documents for you.
  • When you turn in your forms, the nurse will check
    your immunizations to be sure that your children
    have everything they need to be ready for school
    in August.
