  • Help accelerate the dialogue and utilize tools to
    frame themes and future visions.
  • Keep the conversation and process moving forward.
  • To clarify and assist with group work as needed.
  • To redesign the day as necessary.
  • To redirect the focus of the group and subgroups
    as needed.
  • To help summarize the outcome of our work

  • What is right in your world of healthcare. On a
    daily basis, and/or within our jobs and
    professional community?
  • If you were to really look for possibilities
    within healthcare, in yourself, your work and/or
    within Missouri , what things would you choose to
    see differently?
  • As you live into being your best for the world
    how would you change and reshape your role within
    your community? How would you reshape your role
    within the healthcare community? What one step
    would you be willing to make?

Quick Theme Identification
  • Brainstorm about your insights, perceptions and
    thoughts about survey material capture them on
    a flip chart.
  • Once you have finished brainstorming and sharing
    go through themes on flip chart organize like
    themes or thoughts together.
  • It may be easier to simplify the language of a
    theme to a three or four word headline.

  1. Utilizing the SOAR Summary earlier inquiry
    consider what the future of healthcare in
    Missouri the districts would look like.
  2. If our affiliate districts were successful
    beyond your wildest dream what would that look
    like. Describe in detail your dream.
  3. What new possibilities do you see for your
    healthcare professionals? Please take 20 -30
    minutes to dialogue.
  4. Using the following diagram, map out your
    multiple visions of possibilities for the future.
