subspecialties - Integrated joint mentoring
- Project should demonstrate the importance of
input from multiple disciplines - Projects require the skill sets of mentors from
different disciplines - Mentors meet together with sufficient frequency
to make important contributions to the mentees

approach and integration of the disciplines in
