Washington on his knees praying at Valley Forge,
and news articles about the faith of George Bush
and former Attorney General John Ashcroft. School

Homosexual Group Forms Coalition With Liberal
Churches
  • March 16, 2006 The National Gay and Lesbian
Task Force (NGLTF) has just announced that it has
formed a coalition with a number of
    pro-homosexual churches and denominations. The
NGLTF umbrella group is called the Institute for
Welcoming Resources (IWR) and is the newest
effort of homosexual groups to use faith-based
organizations to push its agenda. The IWR now
    includes the following liberal denominations
  • More Light Presbyterians (Presbyterian Church
    USA)
  • Open and Affirming Program(United Church of
    Christ)
  • Reconciling Ministries Network (United Methodist
    Church)
  • Reconciling in Christ (Evangelical Lutheran
    Church in America)
  • Gay and Lesbian Acceptance (Community of Christ)
  • Open Affirming Ministry (Christian Church
    (Disciples of Christ)
  • Association of Welcoming and Affirming Baptists
(American Baptist Churches and the Alliance of
    Baptists)

11
  • CATHOLIC CHARITIES OF BOSTON made the
announcement on March 10 It was getting out of
the adoption business. "We have encountered a
dilemma we cannot resolve. . . . The issue is
    adoption to same-sex couples. - 2006

12
Massachusetts law prohibited "orientation
discrimination"
  • Paula Wisnewski, director of adoption for the
Home for Little Wanderers, told the Boston Globe.
"It's a shame because it is certainly going to
mean that fewer children from foster care are
going to find permanent homes." Marylou Sudders,
president of the Massachusetts Society for the
Prevention of Cruelty to Children, said simply,
"This is a tragedy for kids. - 2006

13
"State Putting Church Out of Adoption Business"
  • "I believe that any institution that wants to
provide services that are regulated by the state
has to abide by the laws of the state," Healey
told the Boston Globe on March 2, "and our
antidiscrimination laws are some of our most
    important. - 2006

14
  • It's worth underscoring that Catholic Charities'
problem with the state didn't hinge on its
receipt of public money. Ron Madnick, president
of the Massachusetts chapter of Americans United
for Separation of Church and State, agreed with
Garvey's assessment "Even if Catholic Charities
ceased receiving tax support and gave up its role
as a state contractor, it still could not refuse
to place children with same-sex couples. - 2006

15
  • When religious-right leaders prophesy negative
consequences from gay marriage, they are often
seen as overwrought. The First Amendment, we are
told, will protect religious groups from
persecution for their views about marriage. - 2006

16
  • The Becket Fund is widely recognized as one of
the best religious liberty law firms and the only
one that defends the religious liberty of all
faith groups, "from Anglicans to Zoroastrians,"
    as its founder Kevin J.
  • Hasson likes to say (referring to actual clients
    the Becket Fund has defended).
  • "The impact will be severe and pervasive,"
Picarello says flatly. "This is going to affect
every aspect of church-state relations." Recent
years, he predicts, will be looked back on as a
time of relative peace between church and state,
one where people had the luxury of litigating
cases about things like the Ten Commandments in
courthouses. In times of relative peace, says
Picarello, people don't even notice that "the
church is surrounded on all sides by the state
that church and state butt up against each other.
The boundaries are usually peaceful, so it's easy
sometimes to forget they are there. But because
marriage affects just about every area of the
law, gay marriage is going to create a point of
conflict at every point around the perimeter."

17
  • For scholars, these will be interesting times
Want to know exactly where the borders of church
and state are located? "Wait a few years,"
Picarello laughs. The flood of litigation
surrounding each point of contact will map out
the territory. For religious liberty lawyers,
there are boom times ahead. As one Becket Fund
donor told Picarello ruefully, "At least you know
you're not in the buggy whip business.
  • Picarello summarizes "All the scholars we got
together see a problem they all see a conflict
coming. They differ on how it should be resolved
and who should win, but they all see a conflict
    coming."

18
  • If orientation is like race, then people who
oppose gay marriage will be treated under law
like bigots who opposed interracial marriage.
Sure, we don't arrest people for being racists,
but the law does intervene in powerful ways to
punish and discourage racial discrimination, not
only by government but also by private entities.
  • - Doug Kmiec of Pepperdine law school 2006

19
  • "Respect doesn't mean that the religious person
should prevail in the right to discriminate--it
just means demonstrating a respectful awareness
    of the religious position.
  • "I'm having a hard time coming up with any case
in which religious liberty should win."
  • - Chai Feldblum 2006

20
  • "Chai is among the most reasonable gay rights
advocates," Marc Stern says. "If she's having
trouble coming up with cases in which religious
liberty should win, we're in trouble. - general
counsel for the American Jewish Congress 2006

21
  • In the corporate world, the expression of
opposition to gay marriage will be suppressed not
by gay ideologues but by corporate lawyers, who
will draw the lines least likely to entangle the
company in litigation. Stern likens this to "a
    paroxysm of prophylaxis--banning 'Jesus saves'
    because someone might take offense."

22
  • At William Paterson University, a state school in
New Jersey. A senior faculty member sent out a
mass email inviting people to attend movies with
    a gay theme. A student employee, a 63-year-old
Muslim named Jihad Daniel, replied to the
professor in a private email asking not to
receive messages "about 'Connie and Sally' and
'Adam and Steve.'" He went on, "These are
perversions. The absence of God in higher
education brings on confusion. That is why in
these classes the Creator of the heavens and the
earth is never mentioned." The result Daniel
received a letter of reprimand for using the
"derogatory and demeaning" word "perversions" in
violation of state discrimination and harassment
    regulations.

23
None of us nonprofits can function without
state tax exemption. As a practical matter, any
large charity needs that real estate tax
exemption."
24
Fundamentally, Stern sees this as a "religious
war" between people for whom an egalitarian
secular ethic is the only rational option and
people who can make room for an ethic based on
faith in a God who commands. There are very few
signs of a willingness to compromise on either
side, he notes. - 2006
25
Fundamentally speech is still safe in the United
States. Beyond speech, nothing is safe."
26
  • donations and charitable conduct in general. In
1971, the IRS issued a decision redefining the
tax exemption as a public endorsement or subsidy.
This meant that the IRS would strip an
organization of its exempt status if its
purposes, although legal, were "contrary to
public policy." The goal at the time was to use
legal pressure to end private racial
discrimination. But why stop there? - Jonathan
Turley, the George Washington professor who is a
    First Amendment specialist 2006

27
Self-imposed muting especially amongst community
churches
  • Even a slight risk of anything so damaging as the
loss of tax-exempt status will persuade many such
groups to at least mute their marriage theology
in the interest of preserving the rest of their
activities. Such a self-imposed muting on the
part of faith communities would change our
culture of marriage, and our understanding of the
free exercise of religion, without necessarily
    creating visible martyrs.

28
  • The NGLTF has also formed an alliance with the
Woodhull Freedom Foundation, named after radical
1800s feminist Victoria Woodhull who was a
    eugenicist, Marxist, spiritualist and aggressive
anti-Christian. Woodhull was the first person to
publish the Karl Marxs Communist Manifesto in
English in the U.S. The NGLTF/Woodhull Freedom
Foundation alliance was formed to abolish age of
consent laws overturn laws against prostitution
fight abstinence education and to overturn laws
against sodomy in public restrooms and parks.

29
  • Social Darwinist Woodhull promoted total sexual
freedom and advocated the killing of the
    mentally handicapped and unwanted children
through abortion. She referred to these unwanted
individuals as fools, pigmies and as inane
    and useless. (Woodhull Claflins Weekly,
    November 15, 1873)

30
  • The election of Hamas to the Palestinian
leadership reveals the fatal law in President
Bush's plan to introduce world peace through the
    export of democracy.Democracy roughly equivalent
    to 'mob rule'.
  • The United States is a Republic. As a Republic,
its rulers rule by the consent of the governed.

31
Who defines basic human rights and the Creator?
  • The Declaration of Independence enshrines basic
human rights as being granted by the Creator,
specifically shutting government out. For what
the Creator grants, only the Creator can take
    away.
  • That exposes the Marxist ideology not-so-secretly
driving the liberal effort to abolish government
recognition of the existence of God. If there is
no God, the power over life, liberty, etc.,
    reverts to government.

32
Accomplishing the LIE of land for peace
  • "Removing settlers from Gaza policy. "Painful but
necessary," chants Peter Sain ley Berry in "Are
we heading for a second war in the middle east?"
(The European Observer), perpetuating the BIG LIE
that "land for peace" has worked, which it
clearly hasn't. Why insanely continue such a
demonstrably failed policy of appeasement and
expect different results? Why reward terrorism?
Israel has a lot less land and isn't an inch
    closer to peace.

33
Charles Colson
  • "Is this the fruit of democracy?" he asks on
    today's Breakpoint radio commentary. 2006
  • But if we can't guarantee fundamental religious
freedoms in the countries where we establish
democratic reforms, then the whole credibility of
our foreign policy is thrown into serious
    question.

34
Selling sex and rebellion

  • Contracting sexual diseases young

35
Democrats help block marriage protection
amendment
  • Activists pushing for legalizing homosexual
marriage say they will not stop with just
homosexual marriage. They demand more. They want
government and societal acceptance, approval and
financial support for many kinds of
relationships, including polygamy. - August 14,
    2006

moral slum? How much longer will He waitbefore
    His judgement comes?
  • How are we to face our God,from Whom we cannot

    this evil tide?
  • If we who are His children, will humbly turn and

  • But, America the Beautiful,if you don't - then
you will see,A sad but Holy Godwithdraw His
    hand from Thee.

44
  • The problem is federal judges are creating laws,
by making decisions that ignore God and our
    federal constitution.
  • The 10 Commandmenys are the foundation of the
laws of many countries, but few have the guts to
do anything about it. Why pray, if you won't
follow up your prayers with action? - brother
    Charles on May 14, 2006

45
  • I obey God always....but you must remember our
founding fathers did not count on one thing-
people of different religions living within one
county. They were white men, some of them
professing some type of Christianity (not all of
they held to what we would uphold as main-line
Christianity as we practice it today)that truly
felt all white men were created as equals. They
did not feel men of color were equals as we do
today in modern Christianty nor did they feel
women were equals to them. Yes, no religion has
the right to force itself upon a people- but what
if the roles were reversed? What if a judge came
into a federal building and wanted to erect a
marble statue of Buddha? Or place scripture
writings from the Koran in the courtroom? or in a
classroom? What if a teacher lead your children
in a prayer to a Hindu goddess?
  • Also, read your history. The "in God we trust"
was put on our currancy during the Civil War, not
by the founding fathers. You can read more about
    it here http//www.treasury.gov/education/fact-s
    heets/currency/in-god-we-trust.shtml Also, "under
God" was added in the 1950 to the pledge because
we wanted to speratate ourselves from the
"godless commies" God does ordain certain
man-made governments, and at times he also allows
us to kinda "get what we as for" (look at Saul).

Why Jihad is Picking Up Steam Now and Fanatical
Muslims are on the March
  • Lieberman's defeat by an "anti-war" candidate is
a clear sign that the Democratic Party is
morphing into a radical leftist party. If this
trend is not reversed, America's political
climate will likely become much less sympathetic
and supportive of Israel and much more supportive
of countries like France, Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
A deterioration of the position of American Jews
is also liable to ensue. - August 11, 2006By
    Caroline B. GlickJewish World Review

48
An "Innocent" joke can cause someone to
  • -commit Suicide!
  • -Leave His/Her Spouse and Children!
  • -"Hit Alcohol /Drugs!
  • -Disrespect their Parent(s)!
  • -Commit Murder!
  • -Steal!
  • -Commit the most abominable of sin Denial of Our
Father, Our Lord and The Holy Spirit!
  • -Fall into a state of emotional trauma that can
only be recovered by walking with The Lord!

49
No sin or deviation is too small
  • Small iniquities can cause as much abomination in
our Lord's eyes as large sins. Since we always
want to be in correct adherence to God and His
will, we need to consistently root out the devil
and his wickedness at all levels, disallowing him
    to gain the slightest foothold.
  • Small commands are not to be ignored just because
they're small, such as in the case of what
happened to Lot's wife in the Old Testament (she
was told to not look back to the evil cities, and
she disobeyed, and she was then turned into a
    pillar of salt).

50
Opposition to S. J. Res. 1 the Marriage
Protection Amendment Because of the Second
Sentence
  • The situation at this moment could be called a
triumph of anti-federalism. Not only do states
not have an individual voice in this debate one
    state, Massachusetts, has imposed homosexual
marriage through the Full Faith and Credit Clause
of the Constitution on the other 49 states.
  • - 2 June 2006 TVC

51
Nominal difference
  • Civil unions are the stepping stone to full
    recognition of homosexual marriage. Any
reasonable person and even some federal judges
would recognize that there is only a nominal
difference between civil unions and marriage. - 2
    June 2006 TVC

52
Destruction of traditional marriage
  • Activists say that marriage is "not the only
worthy form of family or relationship," and it
"should not be legally or economically privileged
above others." The statement was signed by 270
    homosexual rights activists and heterosexual
    allies.
  • Other kinds of relationships that they say
    deserve marriage-like benefits include
"committed, loving households in which there is
more than one conjugal partner (polygamy)" and
"queer couples who decide to jointly create and
raise a child with another queer person or
couple, in two households." The goal of the
activists is the destruction of traditional
    marriage. August 2006

53
  • LaVera said the DNC strongly opposes efforts to
ban homosexual marriage by amending the federal
or state constitutions and that the Democratic
party plans to step up efforts to promote
pro-homosexual marriage bills in several states.
  • Democratic parties in eight states have already
    adopted platforms endorsing homosexual marriage
bills. They include New York, California,
    Washington, Iowa, Alaska, Colorado, Massachusetts
    and Hawaii. - August 2006

54
  • Political maneuvering with a wink to our
opponents or some attempt to finesse our
differences with the homosexual lobby will reduce
this debate to a confused state in which the
truth becomes merely another opinion. - 2 June
    2006 TVC
  • In theological circles, there is a saying that
on the far side of complexity lies simplicity.

55
  • Mayor Gavin Newsom of San Francisco, which in
2004 began issuing marriage licenses to gay
couples, on Monday denounced Bush's move as
predictable and "stale rhetoric" aimed at
rallying conservatives for this year's midterm
    elections.
  • "It's politics. It's pandering and it's placating
a core constituency, the evangelicals," Newsom
said on ABC's "Good Morning America. June 2006

Secret Service Agents Seize Million Dollar
Gospel Tracts
  • While, I dont think it is a wise choice to hand
a bank teller a gospel money facsimile I think
that the North Carolina bank management
completely over reacted and has clearly shown
intolerance for Christianity. As for the Secret
Service, its no secret now that they have
crossed over to extreme ludicrousness by
insisting that a bill that never existed can be
    counterfeited.- James Sterling, June 2006

57
  • Yesterday's Washington Post profiles a handful of
Hispanic immigrant women who converted from
Catholicism to Islam. "Across the nation,
thousands of Latino immigrants are redefining
themselves through Islam. Precise numbers are
not available, but estimates range from 40,000 to
    70,000." June 2006

58
MPAA places Christianity in same category as sex,
violence, profanity
  • The Motion Picture Association of America
  • (MPAA) is now warning parents of movies which
contain a reference to the Christian faith,
equating Christianity as being on the same level
of sex, violence and profanity when it comes to
    objectionable material.
  • The MPAA is controlled by Hollywood moguls
known for their bitter opposition to
    Christianity. - June 8, 2006

59
Big Brother style
  • It has been pointed out for years that the
public, tax-supported schools are on course to
take over, Big Brother style, our children. One
of mine was pressured into going on an all-day
"educational field trip", for which of course I
was required to pay, to a large amusement park.
When I told his teacher we'd meet him during the
day for lunch, I was told this was not allowed by
school district policy. As for a Christian
presence on that campus, Oh, no!, but would they
have accepted flyers from secular humanissts? -
Chap Dean on June 19, 2006

60
Different view and conclusion
  • We share the same opinion on the events of
September 11, 2001 we think that the official
version is not true. All this combined research
is very useful to be able to continue to deepen
the reality of the facts. My specialty is to have
made the link between wars of the Balkans and
September 11, while Thierry Meyssan analyzed the
attack on the Pentagon to demonstrate that it was
due to a missile and not to a plane, and Von
Bülow arrived at the conclusion that planes were
guided by a beacon. - Jurgen Elsässer 2006

61
Different view and conclusion
  • There is also a blockage against my book. It is
not possible for one author alone to break this
blockage. However, it cant prevent our theses
from making their path. The public is not in
agreement with what the media says in spite of
their blockage 35 to 40 of people dont believe
what media tells them. There is the example of
Kennedys assassination today, 90 of people
dont believe in the official version and think
that Kennedys murder was an action of the CIA. -

Richmond,VA PERFECTLY STORMY No fooling, the
United States really does have the world's worst
    weather, scientists and forecasters
    say.Hurricanes, tornadoes, severe
    thunderstorms, blizzards, floods and droughts,
the U.S. has them all -- in more manifestations
and more abundance than anywhere else on
Earth. In a typical year, the U.S. is battered by
direct hits from about two hurricanes (and a
major hurricane every other year 1,000
tornadoes 5,000 floods 10,000 violent thunder
    storms and drought somewhere.)
