Technical Directorate composition,based on ideas
from recent T3F meetings
Chairs the TD. Has tie-breaker vote. The TD is a
consensus body. Decisions are primarily made by
a vote although some tactical decisions by the TD
Chair are sometimes appropriate (aka, the John
Quinn decisions for the TSC). Is this the CTO
or is there a TCO and the chair is elected???

• Members have terms but not term limits
• Elections should be staged FT, SS, DE, and
  potentially SS elections first, then affiliate
  council elected reps,
• then co-opted members.
• How many TD appointed members? Whats the max?
  They can vote?
• PIC and ARB are both TD responsibilities
• Project Management Officer is directly related to
  TD does the PMO sit on the TD and perhaps have
  a vote?
