Dell Homeowners Association
  • April is Make Willow Dell Beautiful Month
  • Each year the Willow Dell HOA sponsors the
  • Make Willow Dell Beautiful Contest during
  • the month of April. On or about April 30, all
  • homes will be judged for the following things
  • Cleanliness of exterior of home including
  • driveways and street in front of home,
  • 2) Neatness of flower beds and edged
  • lawn areas
  • 3) Good paint job on exterior
  • 4) Pruned trees and trimmed hedges

1st Annual Easter Egg Hunt On
Saturday, April 7, 2012, at 10 a.m. the Willow
Dell HOA will host its first annual Easter Egg
hunt at the Childrens Park. (Rainout date will
by Sunday, April 8 _at_ 2 p.m)The Association will
provide some plastic eggs filled with candy and
asks that families who wish to participate bring
1-2 dozen plastic eggs, filled with candy, to
share. If you have any questions, please contact
Ammon Warby at 281-257-1303.
Bi-Annual Neighborhood Yard Sale On
Friday-Sunday, April 13-15, Willow Dell will host
its biannual neighborhood yard sale. The sale is
a great way to spring clean attics and garages to
make some cool cash! As always, the HOA is
providing advertising in local newspapers. All
residents are encouraged to join in the sale!

Board Meeting Dates Willow Dells
HOA Board of Directors will meet on April 9, May
14, and June 15 during this quarter. Residents
should ALWAYS check the message board next to the
mailboxes for date/time changes, etc. Unless
noted, the board will meet at the Dennys
restaurant at 6504 FM 2920 from 700-830
p.m. Help Needed to Organize July 4th
Parade!The HOA is reaching out to neighbors for
help in organizing the annual Independence Day
Parade which is scheduled for Wed., July 4,
2012. Each year the Association puts on a
neighborhood parade. We would like to get more of
the community involved. If you would like to
help, we would like to hear from you. Call Flora
Mamo at 832-642-6005 if you are interested in
being involved! See a Problem or Crime in
Progress?? If you see a problem or something
unusual, call 911 or the Pct. 4 Constables
non- emergency at 281-376-3472. We all have to
do our part to stop crime in its tracks!

Willow Forest HOA Opens Pool for UseAny
family wishing to use the Willow Forest Pool this
summer should contact Mary Brown at Sterling at
832-678-4200. HOA dues must be paid in full and
an additional fee is charged by the Willow
Forest HOA for this privilege. A Good
Neighbor.. keeps their yard trimmed and
flowerbeds weeded keeps their garbage out of
sight on non-trash days keeps their toys
(bicycles, basketball goals, etc.) out of sight
when not in use. keeps the music low after 10
p.m. so others can get needed rest keeps
their dog supervised so as not to disturb
others. practices good parking etiquette so
anothers access is not blocked.is mindful
of the people around them as all must
