low-income Senior Housing project adjacent to the
Citys Senior Center.

condominiums. This project includes 26
affordable units.

Pinn Brothers is developing Silvera Ranch, a
for-sale residential project that includes 257
units (townhomes and single-family homes). There
are 26 units in this project that are affordable.
