  • Any REDD decision must include policies that
    require action by ALL countries contributing to
    deforestation and forest degradation
  • The UNFCCC should reinforce efforts to address
    drivers and promote legal trade and sustainable
    supply chains by including drivers language
    within the text of a REDD agreement
