• New MCU service starts hosted by the Lyon IN2P3
  centre de calcul. Collaboration between IN2P3,
  CNRS, INSERM and CERN 2 Codian MCUs (total 52
  ports) 1 ISDN gateway

• Start refurbishing CERN videoconference rooms
• Provide a unique web interface/portal to fully
  organise meetings
• New Webcast server
• Helix Unlimited universal license
• Indico using Grid certificate and/or personal
  certificates
• Consolidation of the Indico server infrastructure
• Better reliability, speed, availability
• Develope the synergies between the existing
  audio/video conference systems
