  • During part wise entry if the dropdowns (Tehsil,
    Village, Patwar, ILR etc.) show No Records.
  • A single assembly Constituency present in more
    than 1 district.
  • Solutions
  • The user can go to master forms, create new entry
    for the desired dropdown and return to part wise
    data entry form to proceed further.
  • Selection of district is provided in part wise
    data entry form level in case of assembly
    constituency present in multiple district

  • SMS based Voter Help Line System was started by
    the Department in General Vidhan Sabha Election,
    2008 and it was repeated in Lok Sabha, 2009 also.
    A good response was received by the Department
    of this facility.
  • This facility will be re-launched by the
    Department in next month with new flavors.

  • State Level Call Center with 1950 facility was
    started from December, 2011.

    the PGR System.

through e-Mitra CSC centers
In state of Rajasthan, the facility for filling
the application form on line is provided by CSC,
e-Mitra and kiosks for inclusion of name in
Electoral Rolls. The facility is provided by
total 10000 location as follows

Polling stations information are updated and
available on Google Map with following details
  • The details like CEO Name, District No and Name,
    DEO Name, AC No and Name, ERO Name, PS NO and

    available on line on google map.
  • The link to published photo electoral is also
    provided on google map so that citizens can view
    the published PER pdf file from their location
    without knowing the ac no., part no and name.

Live Data for Generation of Polling Parties
During Election
  • In the State of Rajasthan, Integrated Financial
    Management Module IFMS is used for processing
    salary of every government employee with
    centralized data of employee having the complete
    employee details like name, designation, posting
    etc.
  • Election department made provision to capture the
    Employee AC name, Part Number, Mobile number in
    master data of government employee.
  • The updated database is directly used for
    generation of polling parties during the time of
    elections.
