  • Anxiety about trusting other team members
  • High dependence on leadership figure for purpose

    and trust

  • Skill Level (productivity)
  • Starts out low
  • Rises as the team becomes productive
  • Enthusiasm (morale)
  • Starts out high then dips as reality sets in
  • Rises as the team works through its problems

Skill Level and Enthusiasm are both high when a
team becomes a HIGH PERFORMING TEAM.
