  • Made of high-strength steel
  • Buried minimum of 36 below ground
  • Maximum operating pressure 1,440 psig (Prior to
    start up pipe is tested to 1800 psig)
  • Pipe capacity range 90,000-150,000 barrels per day

Regulatory
  • Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is lead federal
    agency managing the regulatory process, they will
    consult additional federal and state agencies
    along the pipeline route
  • This project is undertaking the completion of an
    Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) which will
    fall under the federal NEPA and 106 guidelines
