Problems with Punch Unit on DF-650 (KM-8030)

• When Printing the document under the previous
  scenario, the document exits the machine via 11 x
  8.5 (NOT 8.5 x 11). Although the Punch option
  was activated it did NOT punch the document.
  The image is correct on the document. This may
  lead you to believe there is something wrong w/
  driver or firmware. The following is what I
  changed to correct the problem.

• I printed the same document to the 5035 with a
  finisher. Without changing any defaults or
  properties I got the following

• Im unsure what can be done to fix this issue,
  however I do know that this may lead to much
  frustration for our end users. Until a proper
  fix is implemented from Kyocera we will need to
  be very aware of this issue when
  demonstrating/selling this equipment.

As a final note

• I tried to punch a .pdf file several time with
  the same outcome (no punch). After changing the
  orientation of the .xls file ltcorrecting the
  punch problem with itgt the .pdf file magically
  started punching also. I assume the print system
  was temporarily confused therefore, wouldnt
  punch the .pdf.
