• Migration- when animals moving from one region to
  another and then back again. 
• Some birds will fly to warmer places for the
  winter months.
• Birds that migrate would not be able to survive
  in cold winters. Why do you think this might be?

• Animals migrate for different reasons. 
• better climate
• better food
• safe place to live
• safe place to raise young
• go back to the place they were born.

• Some animals will adapt to their surroundings by
  growing a thicker coat or use camouflage by
  changing their color.
