Course prerequisites
What are the prerequisites? Most courses require
students to present a folio at interview. Folio
requirements vary according to the institution.
Details are usually provided at Open Days. Some
universities also make available on these days
folio-selection kits. Many TAFE colleges and
universities run short courses in folio
preparation. These vary in cost but are an
excellent way to develop a folio. Prerequisites
for tertiary courses are found in the VICTER
(Victorian Tertiary Entrance Requirements), which
is available from the school Careers Centre or
from www.vtac.edu.au.
