About Vector Graphics
  • Lines and curves defined by mathematical
    operations vectors
  • Move, resize or transform without losing the
    quality of the graphic
  • Also resolution independent can be printed or
    viewed at any scale

About Vector Graphics
  • As you draw resulting line is called a path
  • Path made up of one or more straight or curved
    segments
  • Beginning and end of each segment marked by
    anchor points
  • Can change shape of paths by editing the anchor
    points
  • Control curves by dragging the direction points
    at the end of direction lines that appear at
    anchor points
