• document of 5 to 6 pages
• Two Assessors/Facilitators will be appointed to
• assess the organisation
• 1 day awareness and planning visit at applicant

• 6 weeks later 1 week visit for assessment of
• relevant materials and interviews with
  members
• of the organisation

• Aimed at improving performance and services to
  citizens in Local Regional Governments
  particularly through electronic activities
• Based on C2E and R4E plus an eReadiness
  assessment
• First prizes to be announced in Berlin at the
  Forum
• European Prize sponsored by Cisco, HP and CGEY
