discussion, the corporate goals of the institution

5
Strategic Objectives

    our academic provision.

the university and taught provision in other
    countries.
  • To take full advantage of technology in all our
activities including e-learning tools to support
    all academic staff and students.

    and enhance biodiversity.

students and widen overall access to the
    university.

consistent with the goals of the institution

    staff development needs
  • To contribute to the personal and career
    development of staff

Principles of the scheme quick quiz
  • Reviewers must not discriminate on the grounds of
gender, race or disability TRUE or FALSE?
  • The SDR process determines what youre paid
    TRUE or FALSE?
  • How often does SDR happen, and when?
  • Who has access to the SDR form, once the review
    is completed?
  • If I disagree with the outcome of the review,
there is nothing I can do about it TRUE or
    FALSE?
  • The SDR is an opportunity for staff and not a
    threat TRUE or FALSE?
  • My manager will discuss things with me in my SDR
that have not come up before TRUE or FALSE?
  • Responsibility for the SDR is shared between
reviewer and member of staff TRUE or FALSE?
